They required a 20 Euro deposit per towel and you only got to exchange them every two days. The gym, for a fee, didn't have enough equipment to justify the charge. Evening entertainment felt basic and didn't engage us. Check-in took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, some improvements in service efficiency and entertainment variety would elevate the experience.

Charging for amenities like room safes and gym access feels quite cheap!!! Queues for drinks at the pool highlight a need for a second bar!!! The indoor pool's high fee is unjustifiable in a supposedly all-inclusive setting!!!
